How we gather information

We respond to enquiries made by Candidates directly to us regarding Vacancies we have advertised on our website, a job board, a magazine, via email, via direct mail, via SMS, through a professional body or organisation or through professional and social media by asking for a CV, contact details, postcode and additional compliance and registration information as required throughout the recruitment process. In many cases a Candidate will have been passed our contact details by an Associate and will contact us directly by phone or email.

We respond to enquiries made by Clients directly to us regarding assistance with finding Candidates who have seen our website, or found us via external advertising in magazines, on job boards, via direct mail, through a professional body or organisation or through professional and social media by asking for practice information, contact details and a description of the employment opportunity they seek to fill along with any information as required throughout the recruitment process. In many cases a Client will have been passed our contact details by an Associate and will contact us directly by phone or email.

What we do with the information we gather

For Candidates, we use the information you have provided us to ensure we are matching your job seeking requirements with suitable vacancies and that we are keeping you up-to-date with any and all vacancies that match your requirement. We use the information to contact you to discuss potential employment opportunities. We process your information to send to Clients in regard to Vacancies you are interested in and have given us permission to contact on your behalf.

For Clients, we use the information you have provided to create accurate vacancy descriptions that we market via our website, job boards, magazines, email, direct mail, SMS and/or professional and social media.

We will hold your data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which we collected it and for purposes including satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements; however,you have the right at any time to ask to unsubscribe from any or all of the location based emails, weekly job update emails, telephone contact, SMS services and website updates.

If you believe the information we hold on you is incorrect or incomplete, you have the right to rectification allowing you to have inaccurate personal data amended. You also have the right to erasure (also known as the right to be forgotten) and applicable within certain circumstances, you are entitled to withdraw your consent for us to hold your data. All data subject rights are in line with current legislation.
